Terms and conditions
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These terms govern the use of Fit by Innoa (fit.innoajujuy.com), a service by Innoa. By creating an account and using the site, you accept them.
The service
Fit by Innoa lets you log workouts, body measurements and progress photos, and see your progress. The service is free today. We may later offer a paid plan with extra features; if what you use for free today changes, we will tell you in advance, and we will never charge you without your acceptance.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and give us truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done with your account. One person, one account.
Not medical advice
The content of the site (routines, reference videos, calculations and estimates) is general information. It does not replace advice from a doctor, trainer or nutritionist. Before starting or changing an exercise plan, check with a professional, especially if you have an injury or a health condition. You train at your own risk and, if you feel discomfort or pain, you stop.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site for illegal activities, to upload photos of other people without their permission or content that infringes third-party rights, or to try to access other accounts' data, damage the service or overload it.
Your content
Your data and photos are yours. You give us permission only to store them and show them to you, in order to provide the service. You can delete them or ask us to delete your account at any time.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep the service running well, but it is provided as is and may have interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, Innoa is not liable for indirect damages or for injuries arising from using the routines or information on the site.
Cancellation and changes
You can stop using the service and ask to close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we change the terms in a significant way, we will let you know on the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. We will try to resolve any dispute in good faith; if that is not possible, the ordinary courts of the Province of Jujuy will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.
