Privacy policy

Last updated: November 3, 2026

Fit by Innoa (fit.innoajujuy.com) is a service by Innoa to log workouts and physical progress. This policy explains what data we store, why, and what rights you have. It is governed by Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326.

What data we store

Account data: email, password (stored encrypted, we never see it) and the name you choose.

Profile data you enter: sex, date of birth, height, goal, level and sport.

Training and body data: workouts, sets, reps and weights, your own exercises, body weight and measurements, and the progress photos you upload.

Data about your body and health is sensitive data. We process it only with your consent, which you give when you create the account and enter that data, and you can withdraw it at any time by deleting it or asking us to delete your account.

What we use it for

Only to provide the service: showing your history, charts, streaks and photos. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not run ads.

Your photos

Progress photos are stored in private storage: only you can see them. Before uploading, your browser shrinks them and removes their metadata, including location. They are shown through temporary links that expire.

Where it is stored

We use infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database, login and storage; Vercel for the site). Their servers may be outside Argentina, so your data may be transferred to other countries. We require our providers to apply appropriate security measures.

Cookies and local storage

We only use what is needed for the site to work: your account session, your chosen language and the light or dark theme. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. If you ask us to delete it, we remove your data and photos within a reasonable time, except what the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can access, correct and update your data and ask for it to be deleted. You can do much of this yourself from your profile, workouts and measurements; for the rest, write to us.

Under Law 25,326 (article 14, paragraph 3), the data subject may exercise the right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública, as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, handles complaints from people whose rights are affected by breaches of personal data protection rules.

Minors

The service is for people aged 18 or over. If you are younger, you need permission from a parent or guardian.

Changes to this policy

If we change it in a significant way, we will let you know on the site. The date above shows the latest version.
